What does % 15 price guarantee mean? Does it mean that Praktiker makes %15 discount from the selling price of a product?
The product is sold to the customer with a discounted price on cash register amounting to 15% of the price which customer has already submitted Which products are included in price guarantee? Only the products in Praktiker inserts are meant to be in price guarantee. If I bought a product from a Praktiker store, could I benefit from the price guarantee if I take the product to another Praktiker stores? Our customers can benefit from the price guarantee in any Praktiker store in Turkey.
In how many days after the shopping date do I have to go to a Praktiker store to benefit from the price guarantee campaign? To benefit from the price guarantee the customer has to prove the better price offer by submitting an original invoice or a receipt or an insert which shows that the same product is offered cheaper than Praktiker in another store. The invoice or receipt date or insert period of circulation must be in the Praktiker period of circulation. Do I have to bring the product to a Praktiker store, isn’t it adequate to bring the original invoice or a receipt which shows that the same product is offered cheaper than Praktiker in another store? The product and the original invoice or a receipt, which shows that the same product is offered cheaper than Praktiker, have to be brought to the Praktiker store. Otherwise, the customer couldn’t benefit from the price guarantee. How can I prove that a product is offered cheaper than Praktiker stores? To benefit from price guarantee, the customer have to bring the product to a Praktiker store with its original invoice or
a receipt which proves that the product is offered cheaper than Praktiker and also the original Praktiker invoice or a receipt
which proves that customer has bought the same product from one of Praktiker stores. The invoice or receipt of the other company
has to be so clear that we will be convinced that the products are the same.
Another way to prove the product is offered cheaper than Praktiker stores is to bring the product to a Praktiker store with
the original Praktiker invoice or a receipt and an insert which shows that the same product is offered cheaper than Praktiker.
This insert has to be belong to a well-known DIY company..
A customer who didn’t buy the product from a Praktiker store, but came to Praktiker with the product and its original invoice or a receipt or came to Praktiker with only a valid insert can also benefit from the price guarantee. Which stores’ invoice or a receipt is a proof of price guarantee? Actually our purpose is to compete with other DIY stores in Turkey, but there is not any other DIY store in some cities where Praktiker stores have been located. To make a country-wide campaign it is recommended that not only DIY stores but also hypermarkets like Carrefour, Real etc… have to be included to the price guarantee campaign.
