What You Need
Materials
mortar, spacers, tiles
Tools
tape measure, tile- cutting tool bit, drill, pencil, rubber mallet
Steps
1.
Measuring the water pipe: Let’s begin by measuring the distance between the pipe and the tile beneath it. Then we should mark the taken measurements on the tile.
2.
Drilling according to the measurements: We should put the tile-cutting tool bit on the drill and set the diameter of the cutter to the size of the pipe hole and then cut the piece out where the water pipe will fit.
3.
Putting the tile on: We should put the tile on the wall where the water pipe is and push it firmly on the wall for it to settle and then knock on it with a rubber mallet. Then let’s place the spacers in between the joints of the tiles, before we continue putting the other tiles.
