In 2004 Praktiker Group opened its first store in Bulgaria . Eight more stores were opened in the country within a short term of three years and a half – Plovdiv, Varna, Sofia Lulin, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Rousse, Bourgas and Stara Zagora.
