Turned into reality in 2006, the Praktiker University offers training and development programs under 100 separate headings. Our goal vis-à-vis the Praktiker University is to have every staff member go through an average of twenty days of training a year, which amounts to his/her spending 10% of his/her total working time in training. The university offers both individual programs and various certificate programs.
